UCP’s foundation is its team. We function much like a relay team, where one rarely stops to ask ‘Will I get the credit for the work I’m doing?’ ‘Is this my work, really?’

DNA called TEAM ins ingrained in us. TEAM stands for:

Togetherness
We are a team. Our strength is teamwork. Each and every member of the team can play a significant role in helping us achieve our mission. There is no senior or junior player, everyone is important as long as each member delivers his or her best. Whatever we can achieve individually, together we can achieve more, or achieve it better. At every step, we must strive to work together, take each others’ help, share our thoughts with each other, listen to each others’ suggestions and applaud every achievement we notice.

Togetherness must extend also to our clients and vendors – as our goals are common, we must strive to work with each other like a team.

Energy
It’s about spirit. It’s about heart. It’s about happiness. All these should be part of every assignment we execute, for every client.

Accountability
Our clients hire us to get them results. This should never be forgotten or compromised. When we recommend, we must believe that it will bring in the best possible results. If we don’t, we should go back to the drawing board. Present only what we believe will deliver the best results. We have to be always accountable to the results we achieve for our clients.

Masti
If we aren’t laughing enough, it’s a cause of concern. Fun & masti has to be integral to our work. Fun must reflect in everything we do – in our work, in our workplace, in our interactions. If we aren’t having fun, we certainly aren’t delivering our best.
