UCP celebrated its 10th anniversary in Agra
On the 4th of July this year, UCP completed 10 years of operations.
Big milestone for us all! So we wanted to make the celebration big as well.
We held an offsite. In Agra. All the 72 UCP associates were invited to the event. More than 65 managed to make it. The event was aptly christened Dus ka Dum. Several posters declaring the theme adorned the hall.
We began the event at 8 pm. An AV created by Avantika took us through UCP’s journey. Several past and current associates the shared their views. Those who couldn’t make it, sent us video clips.
Girish organized an associate satisfaction survey. Ruchita organized to commemorate special achievements: best team of the year, employee of the year and employee of the decade. Raj delivered a speech. And then everyone hit the dance floor!
Early the following morning everyone assembled for a group picture. Then we left t enjoy the historic Taj Mahal. Breathtaking it looked!
Most associates left later in the afternoon for their respective destinations – Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai. About 25 stayed back for 3-day development workshop.
