All retail brands, big or small, have a common challenge: attracting new customers. Or ‘acquisition’.
UCP’s coalition marketing model helps its clients get a steady stream of new customers, or walk-ins, 365 days a year.
The model is simple:
We work with two coalition anchors: Jet Airways and Cafe Coffee Day (yet to launch). The anchors’ persuade their respective members’ to shop for partner brands and products. Shopping earns their members ‘miles’ or ‘points’. These can be redeemed for rewards offered by anchors.
For example, we manage coalition for JetPrivilege, a program anchored by Jet Airways. The partner brands in the program comprise Arrow, Titan, Van Heusen, Style Spa and others. Jet Airways encourages its two million Jet Privilege members to shop with partner brands and earn JPMiles. The miles earned for shopping are added to JP members’ accounts, helping them earn free air tickets faster. Partner brands benefit too: they get additional footfalls and incremental sales, besides earning visibility among high profile, affluent JP members.
Our other anchor, Cafe Coffee Day, will be launching its coalition programs in the near future.
